Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the n77ph platform (available at n77ph.net and any related mobile or web interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or game rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the n77ph platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

Access to and participation in any game, betting market, or financial feature on n77ph is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with n77ph or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of n77ph or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

n77ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the n77ph platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating your n77ph account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, n77ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal privileges are activated on your account:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash number, Maya account)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your n77ph account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. n77ph will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact support immediately at support@n77ph.net.

Deposits & Payments

n77ph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Deposit methods available to your account may vary based on verification status and current platform configuration.

4.1 Deposit Currency

All deposits processed through Philippine payment channels (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Cliqq) are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, Coins.ph) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed on-chain receipt. n77ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and blockchain confirmation.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your n77ph account and may be updated from time to time. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits on their accounts cannot exceed those self-set thresholds regardless of the standard platform maximums.

4.3 Deposit Verification

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. n77ph does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on n77ph are subject to successful KYC verification, confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the balance, and compliance with the platform's AML monitoring procedures.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows (subject to verification status):

• GCash: Under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts
• Maya: Under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts
• BPI / BDO / UnionBank: 1–3 banking days
• USDT TRC20: Up to 1 hour, subject to network congestion
• Coins.ph: Under 30 minutes for fully verified accounts

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling period are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Requests exceeding the per-transaction maximum must be submitted as multiple separate requests processed sequentially.

5.3 Withdrawal Holds

n77ph reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC documentation has not been fully verified; (b) the request triggers AML thresholds requiring additional review; or (c) there is an active investigation into suspected fraudulent activity on the account. Players will be notified via email of any hold and the estimated resolution timeline.

Bonuses & Promotions

n77ph offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your n77ph account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while live casino and sports betting games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

6.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been satisfied by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. n77ph does not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

n77ph actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets), and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended from the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n77ph platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on n77ph
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the platform
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment instruments to fund your n77ph account
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any component of the n77ph platform's software, systems, or databases
• Laundering money or using the platform for any activity that contravenes the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) or any successor legislation
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors under 21 years of age

Intellectual Property

All content on the n77ph platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface designs, software code, text, data compilations, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of n77ph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the n77ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of n77ph.

Privacy & Data Protection

n77ph collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on n77ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities where required by law, and with third-party game providers and payment processors where necessary for the delivery of platform services.

Responsible Gaming

n77ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. The following tools and policies form part of the platform's responsible gaming framework, consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements for licensed operators:

10.1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Limit reductions take effect immediately upon request.

10.2 Session Time Limits

Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will display a reminder and, if configured, automatically log the player out. Session time settings are available in the responsible gaming section of account settings.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the n77ph support team and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

10.4 Age Verification

n77ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through identity verification at the point of withdrawal and through periodic account reviews. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n77ph shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials, or interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.

n77ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n77ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.

Amendments to These Terms

n77ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the n77ph platform with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, n77ph will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address or mobile number registered to your account prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the n77ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and n77ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting the n77ph customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, n77ph is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
